Custom Metal Garage

Starting a custom metal garage building can feel intimidating

We help guide you through the order and customization process for Leland’s garage building. If you have not worked with a contracting business before, or may you have and were burned, make sure you continue reading.

What style of garage do you prefer?

First thing is first, before you get too deep into the process of getting quotes from various metal garage builders. You have to decide what style of car coverage you are looking for. We have a few different options that might be perfect for your need.

Metal Garage options

We have a couple of different options for a standard garage building from us.

All Leland’s Metal Buildings Garages Come Standard with:

  • 29 Gauge Metal with 40-Year warranty
  • Galvanized Rust Resistant Tubing
  • 3-Year Workmanship Warranty
  • End Caps for Safety
  • Built by Leland’s Certified Crews
  • Rent to Own Available on Select Buildings

A Frame Metal Garage

Standard Features on a frame metal Garage:
  • 9′ Leg Standard on all sizes
  • 12′-20′ wide: (1) 9′ X 8′ steel Garage Roll Up Door
  • 22′-24′ wide: (2) 9′ X 8′ steel Garage Rollup Doors
  • 26′-30′ wide: (2) 10′ X 8′ steel Garage Roll Up Doors
  • (1) 36″ X 80″ Vinyl Walk Door
  • 29 Guage Horizontal Metal on ends & sidewalls
  • 29 Gauge horizontal or vertical on roof depending on the style

Cons of an a-frame Metal Garage

A frame metal garage will come with vertical metal that runs on the sides and roof of your building. This is more expensive for our standard garage buildings because vertical metal uses more steel and requires more trimming.

Pros of an a-frame Metal Garage

Vertical metal is not as strong because they don’t use as much metal. They also can hold and collect rain on their metal ridges. This is an excellent choice if you need the cheapest option from the most reputable metal building specialists.

Regular Garages

Pros of a Regular Metal Garage

A regular metal garage will come with horizontal metal that runs on the sides and roof of your building. This is the cheaper option for our garage buildings because horizontal metal uses less steel.

The horizontal metal also rolls right over the skeleton of this building rather than being trimmed out.

Cons of a Regular Metal Garage

Horizontal metal is not as strong because they don’t use as much metal. They also can hold and collect rain on their metal ridges. This is an excellent choice if you need the cheapest option from the most reputable metal building specialists.
